You see, once we justify ourselves not to work hard so that the top sponsor can't benefit, your MLM business will probably not take off at all.

So its best to just forget that anyone above you is going to benefit and focus on building your own success and organisation. Maybe those above you will benefit. So what... You can always sell your success formula to your uplines team and do a JV later.

Some network marketing companies also reward those further down the chain with more money in the form of BONUS cash. This is usually a large 1 time sum so as to offset the "my upline is making money off me" emotions.

Network marketing is a great way to make a consistent recurring income. Many folks will not make the effort to utilise this model, perhaps due to wrong advice they found along the way, or lack of motivation. If done right, this business can give you the change of lifestyle, upgrading to a new bungalow or condomenium in little over a year.
