Past and Present: Popular Bubblegum Brands

If you eat candy it is likely that you have chewed bubblegum before. Bubblegum is similar to other types of chewing gum; however, it is designed for blowing bubbles. Many individuals enjoy chewing bubblegum for blowing bubbles, but others like it for the wide selection of flavors that bubblegum now comes in.

There are a wide variety of different types of bubblegum available. In fact there are many different companies who have developed bubblegum over the years. Many of these bubblegum companies still exist today and some do not. Since bubblegum was first developed it has dramatically changed.

Today some of the most popular types of bubblegum sold comes from the makers of Wrigley Gum. These bubblegum varieties are geared towards children; however, people of all ages love chewing the gum. These bubblegum items are known as Bubble Tape, Big League Chew, and Hubba Bubba Max.

Big League Chew is a great alternative to sunflower seeds for many baseball players. The bubblegum can be used by anyone, not just baseball players, but they tend to be the most frequent users. The bubblegum comes shredded up into pieces for easy use. The Big League Chew currently comes in seven different flavors with baseball images on the package.

Hubba Bubba Max is bubblegum that combines outrageous flavors together. These flavors come in Sour Double Berry, Cherry Lemonade, and more. One flavor you will taste as soon as you put the gum into your mouth and the other one you will taste as soon as your bite down on the gum.

Bubble Tape, also from the same makers, is a popular type of bubblegum that just about everyone who has chewed bubblegum before has most likely tried. The gum is a long strip of about six feet of bubble gum. A little fake tape dispenser makes it easy for the bubblegum to come out. Bubble Tape bubblegum also comes in a wide variety of different flavors.
