Patience is a Virtue...Accountability is a Necessity in Network Marketing

Don't confuse Activity… with Productivity. You are the CEO of your company. The Boss, the commander, the Daddy(Mommy) Rabbit and your behavior is being viewed by everyone that you are trying to lead or encourage to join in your business. Are you the type of organized, prepared, on time, stable, calm in the storm kind of leader that You would follow? And we haven't even begun to discuss the health implications of increased blood pressure, lack of sleep, and anxiety! Take a breath… let's put the pieces back together. First, let's talk about NO. No IS an answer, and used judiciously will bring major repairs to your schedule. DayTimers, Blackberry, Palm, Outlook, etc. Use them as organizational tools…not as places to make longer lists. You Must be accountable to a schedule. Post a calendar, chart, etc. in the home for family activities. Each day starts with a plan of action for everyone. Notes in lunches, on school books, shirts, foreheads. Add to your day's schedule until it's almost full…Then Stop. No…is an answer! Leaders are accountable. Someone else's (family included) failure to prepare should not justify an emergency for You! Business Accountability. You own a business. As the CEO you make wise business decisions for the growth of your company. How many "sales" did you make last week, last month, prospects converted, attendance per home meetings, miles on the car, out of pocket expenses.? What did it actually cost your business to make a sale, convert a prospect? How many days, weeks between "sales?" What's the average? Accountability that you must know. What are the totals? What are the trends? You need these details to make decisions? Is your residual income, sales income, referral income or bonuses offsetting the operating expenses of your business? How long can you afford to stay in business? What's going to change Ms/Mr CEO? What works and what doesn't? Do you need more advertising? More internet? More attendees? Less refreshments? More prospects? More productivity vs activity? Professional MLM tutoring? Are you slowing drowning financially? Accountability. It's Your business…it's Your money.
