There are a few sceptics out there who think that phone psychics are after a quick buck and are not authentic. There are now certain guidelines which govern the way that readings can be performed and phone pay plus has some guidelines about quality and length of calls which come through a premium rate number. Organizations and individuals now have to have a licence to offer readings through the premium rate service and they are regulated. Phone psychics should be able to clarify and answer your question and bring you any other guidance on anything else they see. The phone psychics are not in the business of making you feel scared and they do not diagnose an illness or prognosis. The calls are recorded for your protection and safety, however, the call remains confidential between you and the reader or organization. Phone psychics often use various divination methods such as mediumship, clairvoyance, tarot, runes, numerology and astrology could come under that umbrella. On some websites the phone psychics have a photograph of themselves by their name so that you get a picture in your mind of the age and look of the psychic. Some people prefer an older psychic who they consider to be worldly wise or may even view them as an agony aunt. Others may prefer to have a reading with one of the younger phone psychics and they may pick someone of a similar age to themselves to reflect a peer group. In fact the best way to pick one of the phone psychics is to go with your gut instincts it is who you feel drawn to. I had my picture up on a website for a long time and I purposely did not change the picture even though I had much better ones. When the caller has a reading by premium rate they are charged by the minute and they are free to end the call at any time. I usually give my clients an opting out time period to allow for the fact that we may not connect and if that happens they are offered a full refund, but I have never had to do this.
