Phytospecific - The Straightening Solution that Works

Many women are starting to discover Phytospecific for straightening their hair, and you can almost hear the collective sigh of relief. It often seems that all women with naturally straight hair wish they had curly hair, and all women with naturally curly hair wish they had straight hair. This probably isn't as true as some people would believe, but there are quite a few women who have stubbornly curly hair who would like to try it straight for a while. Often these women will try treatments at salons or at home that they realize are much too harsh and damaging to their hair. With the Phytospecific relaxer, however, they can have the straight hair they want without their hair paying too high of a price.


The Phytospecific relaxer is a home treatment. If your hair stylist is familiar with the product, you could probably have it done at the salon, but there are specific instructions for doing the treatment at home. What the phyto relaxer does is relax the hair so that curls can be straightened without bouncing right back as soon as the hair is dry. The package comes with a straightening cream, and when you are ready to straighten, the cream is blended with an inductor to activate it. It is extremely important to follow the directions on the Phytospecific hair relaxer, because they tell you that you can't wash your hair for three days before straightening. It also recommends that you don't use a hot comb for 8 days before straightening. Even though you might be anxious to use it once you have it, you may have to wait until your hair is ready.


Once the Phytospecific cream is mixed with the inductor, it's ready to use. One of the things that you will notice is that it is very thick. Unlike coloring your hair, there is very little chance of it dripping as you're applying it. There could be an advantage to having someone help you while you go through the straightening process too. You will first need to make sure that all of your hair is saturated with the mixture, which is best done by doing it a section at a time. If someone is there to help you, they could make sure the back of your hair is well saturated.


After the hair is saturated with the Phytospecific straightening mixture, then the hair needs to be taken in sections and straightened with the back of a wide tooth comb. This may seem strange at first, but you can think of it as ironing the hair without heat. If you have someone helping you, they can do the back, as this can be a little awkward to do by yourself. One of the nice things is that the mixture shouldn't be on your hair for longer than 25 minutes; which means that this is not a long process. After you are done straightening, you rinse the straightening solution out with a neutralizer. After this you shampoo everything out, and this may take a few shampoos. Once your hair is dry you'll be amazed at how straight and shiny it is�and how long it lasts!
