The uniqueness of this design is very interesting and it has produced kind of a small revolution into the world of rifle scopes. Experts evaluate that a Widefield scope will let the user see with 30% more than through a normal rifle scope. Another fact that cannot be denied is the quality that Redfield continues to ensure, even if the rifle scope is used under harsh conditions. The bad news is that, if you have an older model, you cannot make claims about the warranties, as they are no longer valid, since Redfield has been taken over. But, if you buy a new scope from them, you will receive a lifetime warranty that Meade provides for all the new sold products.
