School Binders - Tips for Organization
|
Tip #1 - Keep Things Divided Up - School binders help you to keep things divided up. If you are using your binder for more than one subject then you can use paper dividers to keep each subject separate from the others. This a great way to gather and sort out information for your classes that you will need. Tip #2 - Don't Fold Up Papers - do not fold up papers when you put them into your binder, always store your paper work flat in your school binders. Not only will this help you to put more paper work in your binder, but it will help you stay organized and keep your papers neat as well as in order. Tip #3 - Empty the Pockets out - Empty the pockets out of any school binders that use. If you just stuff all of your papers into the side pockets by the end of the day the amount of papers that have collected in them will be a lot. Take the time to put your papers in the binder rings. The papers will stay nice, flat, and organized if you take this little step. Tip #4 - Carry a Hole Punch - Always carry a hole punch or have a three ring hole punch at home or in your school locker if possible. This will allow you to put your handouts into your school binders immediately allowing you to keep your loose paper pockets as empty as possible. Tip #5 - Use Color Coding - Always color code your school binders. You can easily accomplish this by using some smaller and different colored binders for each of your classes. By using this simple and easy system you will be able to find the one you need quickly and easily. About The Author: |
