You can also find these guys online or in the classified ads of local newspapers.

The determinant factor in getting your house sold fast for cash is going to be in how good of a deal you can give. It will be very challenging to get your house sold fast with out being able to offer it for a reduced price. Remember an investor needs to be able to profit from the transaction. Getting enough of a discount will invariably be the determining criteria wether a cash buying investor will buy a house or not. And when the discount is decent the investor will not hesitate to purchase with cash.
