Seven Signs With Oil Of Olay Vitamins
|
The Olay Vitamins Total Effect 7X' daily supplements comes in a thirty day supply pack to hold back the signs of aging for that time. It also contains an impressive scientific looking list of ingredients. Now I have to be careful about what I swallow because of a sensitivity (I wouldn't go as far as to call it an allergy) to certain substances. So I'm a bit of a nut when it comes to reading labels. Now I really want to keep looking as young as I am now and I think the Olay skin care products are excellent. They make me feel and everybody says, look young, so I trust the Olay brand. So I decided to give these things a try, starting with the multivitamins with; vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, folic acid, vitamin B12, biotin, pantothenic acid, calcium, phosphorus, iodine, and magnesium. The CoQ10 has: zinc, selenium, copper, manganese, chromium, molybdenum, chloride, and potassium. The vitamin E contains vitamin E. The supplement in the pack contains: boron, nickel, silicon, vanadium, alpha lipoic acid, coenzyme Q10, green tea leaf extract, and lutein. So now I'm watching the seven signs of aging like a hawk. The wrinkles, age spots, rough texture, fine lines, dry scales, and uneven tone. You can probably tell that I am a skeptic when it comes to the claims of the beauty industry. Yet I did notice a number of positive changes just days after starting the Olay vitamin regime. My hair for instance, looked and felt better. This can only be good news as I have punished my poor locks over the years with different colors and lots of hot pressing into shape. For the time being at least it had a new thickness and strength. My complexion also glowed more and felt softer. It took a lot of discipline to actually maintain this new pill taking regime. I'm not used to doing it so I had to find a way to remind myself to get the things down with my breakfast. I found I needed food along with the pills in order to keep my stomach working normally. Keeping up my water intake was something I do normally anyway. So no big adjustment there. The regime has you taking four different supplements so it is wise to spread them over a few hours in order to avoid shocking your digestive system. What worked for me was to take the multivitamin early on, the CoQ10 around lunch, the vitamin E with dinner and finally the Alpha Liopic later. I'm still keeping a weather eye on the seven signs too.
