A trip to the mall may seem like fun for some, but for others it is a job. Scouting out stores and staying observant to everything going on around you is part of this job. What is this job you ask? The job is secret shopping. Shopping and getting paid may seem like the dream job for some, but others will decline. Not everyone loves going to the mall to shop even if they are getting paid. Your super employee might have another side to them when you leave the office, but do not despair, it could be fixable. By letting the employee go over the secret shopping evaluation and then sitting down with them and going over it will show that employee that you care. You need to convey that just because you have hired a secret shopping company you want to be able to provide better training options for your employees.

Secret shopping is good for newer employees as well as seasoned sales representatives. Make sure that your seasoned sales representative is willing to take the secret shopping tips and implement them into their customer service routine. Secret shopping can be a great asset to your business, no matter what business you are in.
