Symptoms are not experienced all the time. Some women may not even feel anything unusual happening to them, while others can feel some of the symptoms presented above, but without having endometriosis. The cause of endometriosis has not been yet discovered, but some specialists say it has something to do with the excess estrogen in women, resulting in a hormonal imbalance.

The best treatment known for endometriosis is hysterectomy. This way, the problem is eliminated and it is advisable to be performed, especially when there is a high risk of cancer. Hysterectomy is an important operation that must be made with proper consideration of the consequences involved. Also, it may cause the appearance of some side effects.

Hysterectomy, however, is not the only solution. There are also natural remedies, so women experiencing signs of endometriosis are encouraged to seek the help of a naturopathic physicians. By treating the known cause, which means hormonal imbalance, there are chances to treat the condition with success.
