Signs of a Cheating Husband - Don't Be the Last to Know

Is it true that the wife is always the last to know, despite all the signs of a cheating husband? To a certain degree, yes; but there are also times when the woman turns a blind eye and plainly refuses to know about what's going on.

Now, if you belong to the latter, it's time to wake up! Remember, knowledge is power. You can't go on forever living within an unhappy marriage and perpetuating the doubts hanging over your head. You need to know if your husband is playing around, and once you have that confirmed, then that's the time you could plan your next course of action.

Enumerated here are a few of the telltale signs of a cheating husband. See how many you can tick in your head:

Mysterious credit card charges. You know your husband usually goes out to lunch or dinner with clients, but why was your hubby billed for an overnight stay at a hotel on a weekend? Or who does he talk to on his cell phone for 30 minutes at 2:30 in the morning? Or worse, why are there missing bills?

Suddenly becoming protective of his finances or the disappearance of credit card bills are just two of the signs of a cheating husband. Maybe they're really missing? But don't get pushy at this point; try to learn more.

Car characteristics. Few guys even bother to clean up the evidence. Sometimes they forget to mask the perfume that lingers inside the car or get rid of the hair that may have gotten stuck on the seat's head rest. Or maybe the passenger seat has been moved a teeny bit to accomodate longer legs.

Moreover, have you recently observed unexplained gas mileage? Or is the car unusually clean?

Newfound friend. You're suddenly introduced to this newfound female friend who's extraordinarily close to him - and in such a short time. You start noticing that this female friend is all of a sudden involved in your family affairs, gets invited to your kid's birthday, or calls at an ungodly hour to "report" a new development at the office to your husband.

Waning intimacy. He used to be a lion in bed but is now tame as a kitten during bedtime. He also used to ask you to watch a movie on DVD with him, or perhaps talk about something intimate over some red wine, but now he'd rather read a novel, take a cold shower, and go straight to bed. These are all likely signs of a cheating husband, but make sure you first eliminate all other possibilities.
