Have you ever asked the question, "Why me, what did I do to get here"? I suppose you could go down to the book store and pick up another "how to" book slammed together by some self proclaimed specialist. You could fall into the trap of believing all of its so-called "tried and true" methods of changing your life around. Get rich, control your life by my book! Sound familiar to you? You start off reading some guru's book, then you visit their site and soon you're throwing money away at a ticket to fly across country to attend a seminar. You're fired up, you feel like you have the upper hand, you complete the mandatory action plan. You don't know what you want, you do know you don't like where you are at, you hope the action plan lays your life out in front of you so you can find yourself and where you need to be. You have no idea what you're doing, but you're desperate, so you continue to go through the motions. You set up so crazy goal and you shoot for the stars. The reality is that the real world is waiting. You'll stray from that plan on a daily basis, it's practically guaranteed. You'll burn out and move on to something else. As with most people, they shelve the book, unsubscribe to the mailing list and go on about life once again, right back where they started. Ultimately, you'll face reality again. That is, you'll be back at the dead end, and you'll be back in the rat race with the rest of the millions out there. You'll look in the mirror, shake your head and ask yourself, "There has got to be a better way". The good news is that there is hope. There is real change on the horizon and it's incredibly simple and like most things, staring us all in the face. It's the power of meditation. You probably didn't want to hear the word meditation. After all changing your life around should be very complex and be the byproduct of some mastermind right? No! Life is about choices. Choices can be good and choices can be bad. Start meditating and introduce yourself to a new path. This is the right choice for a change. I want you to stop living the life you don't want. I want you to find inner peace and begin living a healthier lifestyle. I want you to wake up feeling motivated in the morning, ready to tackle the day. You can do this. Start living a spiritual life, meditate, eat right and exercise. You can get started now by just wanting to change and you can. Meditation is gift and it's about time you start using it Meditation only scratches the surface. Consider meeting your spirit guides and loved ones who have passed over. Negative energy and its negative influence will no longer be a problem as you'll automatically sense a bad situation or bad vibe.
