Sushi Purses Continued...



I took only two beaded sushi purses to ah Zooma Sushi on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu. I chose to take the Anago and the Kani. Anago is a precooked salt water eel that is not as rich at Unagi. I sold more Kani beaded sushi purses that night.

The Ahi Sushi in Studio City has really nice sushi. I have been really lucky to sell a lot of beaded sushi purses when I've set up my table outside. The last time I went there, I took Tamago purses, Toro purses and Unagi purses.

The three beaded sushi purses that I took to Jang Soo Sushi Bar Restaurant in Hawaiian Gardens had Mirugai, Hirame and Kazunoko sushi pictured. The Mirugai is a large horseneck clam that is slightly crunchy and tastes sweet. This was the one of the three beaded sushi purses that sold best.

I took only two beaded sushi purses to jun Sushi in Walnut. I chose to take the Ebi and the Saba. Saba is mackerel and makes delicious sushi because it is so oily and tender. I sold more Ebi beaded sushi purses that night.

The Madame Wus Asian Bistro Sushi in Los Angeles has really attractive sushi. I have been really happy to sell a lot of beaded sushi purses when I've set up my table outside. The last time I went there, I took Tako purses, Akagi purses and Ama-ebi purses.

The three beaded sushi purses that I took to Zono Sushi in Glendale had Aoyagi, Ikura and Sake sushi pictured. The Ikura is salmon roe and are the most common fish eggs in sushi bars. The eggs are bright red-orange. This was the one of the three beaded sushi purses that sold best.

The Hakone Sushi in Torrance has really lovely sushi. I have been really lucky to sell a lot of beaded sushi purses when I've set up my table outside. The last time I went there, I took Uni purses, Ika purses and Maguro purses.

The three beaded sushi purses that I took to Hana Sushi on Wilshire Boulevard had Hamachi, Awabi and Katsuo sushi pictured. Awabi can be peach, grey or blue in color. The Awabi that I use for my beaded sushi purses is peach colored. The Awabi purse was the one of the three beaded sushi purses that sold best.

I took only two beaded sushi purses to Fusion Sushi in Manhattan Beach. I chose to take the Torigai and the Anago. Torigai is a Cockle and is better fresh than frozen. It has a black and white appearance. I sold more Torigai beaded sushi purses that night.
