If there are enough keywords associated to your product or niche which you can target then it's worth going after the competition and joining this product as an affiliate. Marketing tools are additional benefits merchants will offer you to have you sell there product or service. The better merchants will offer banners, text ads, flyers, ecards and a lot of helpful information. Some may even supply a support forum where you will get answered any questions you have. Commission rates will determine exactly how much money you will receive for each sale. With affiliate marketing being so competitive commission rates have raised a lot and this has been to the benefit of the affiliate. 50 % or more is a good commission rate and one that will compensate you for all your consistent work.
