There are a lot of people that believe that gas grills are silly. I don't think that the best gas grills really have a place in barbeque competitions. I think that the best gas grills really belong in people's backyards. Gas grilling is easier for people to do. Building a fire is hard and not as desirable when you are trying to plan a meal and not just have a party. The best gas grills are the ones that perform exactly what you need done.
