Lots of people today turn towards yoga to find a cure . Yoga improves and balances body circulation and Harmony secretion, resulting in excellent metabolism . It also heals and calm the body automatically . Apart from healing yoga yoga can also help in toning the body , increasing fitness and raising energy levels . Yoga improves fitness , stamina and circulation .yoga has now made itself more popular amongst the youngsters who are more of fitness conscious . Its a great way to stay in shape .

Even though yoga has been employed traditionally as a pathway to liberation we emphasize that people can practice yoga to remain fit , recover health , balance the nervous system , calm the busy mind and lie in a more meaningful way . Many people look for free yoga routines to get an effective result. There a number of yoga routines available according to individual needs that instruct people on how to practice yoga; people just need to follow the instructions carefully and with confidence . Yoga remarkably increases the vital flow of energy and gives a peace of mind

In some cases even thyroid problems and asthma have been cured through Pranayama. Some people take up yoga to solve problems like  slip disc . Yoga is a transformation act for those cured from major problems .yoga is simplified and needs no equipments . It is suitable for all age groups. It can be done anywhere , gym exercise have temporary effect but then yoga is  long lasting and has deeper effects .it balance both mind and body .his yoga pose looks easy and it is really good and effective too. But the method should be used for more than relaxing. People should use this yoga pose for meditation while allowing the mind to gain strength and relax. People need to start these routine yoga exercises with the warm up exercises to relax and prepare their muscles for the next exercises

Always remember that yoga should always be learn t from a teacher who is a yoga practicer and someone who follows it the traditional and the right way .

The benefits of a good meditation practice are many and well documented over the last several thousand years. An ordinary person may consider meditation as a worship or prayer. But it is not so. Meditation means awareness. Whatever you do with awareness is meditation. "Watching your breath" is meditation; listening to the birds is meditation. As long as these activities are free from any other distraction to the mind, it is effective meditation.

Through meditation we not only become more physically balanced, but also emotionally, mentally and spiritually balanced. Many years ago meditation was considered something just not meant for modern people, but now it has become very popular with all types of people. One of the interesting benefits of meditation is increased balance. Through meditation we become more physically balanced, as well as emotionally, mentally and spiritually balanced. Through the increased self-awareness that we then gain we also begin to become more balanced in life, love and financial issues, just to name a few.

By meditating we are able to  develop the ability to move and direct the energies around us. The health benefits of meditation are astounding. The simple act of breathing properly in meditation relaxes our muscles and organs.  At deeper levels we can use meditation to focus more energy on specific organs or muscles to help cleanse them of disease and stress. Over a period of time the incremental effects will  improve our  health and longevity.

Commonly today, people can mean any one of these stages when they refer to the term meditation. Some schools only teach concentration techniques, some relaxation, and others teach free form contemplative activities like just sitting and awaiting absorption. Some call it meditation without giving credence to yoga for fear of being branded 'eastern'. But yoga is not something eastern or western as it is universal in its approach and application.
