There are a limited number of retailers that carry the CharBroil natural gas grill. You may find them at specialty barbeque stores, but many of the larger home improvement stores do not carry them. Luckily, there are some trusted retailers in the net that do carry this lovely grill. I ended up buying mine at Grill Lover's ( http://www.grilllovers.com ). They have wonderful customer service and the grill was delivered quickly and at a reasonable rate. You must expect to pay for shipping, and many online places will offer shipping deals, but Grill Lover's is not one of those places. That's okay though, because otherwise the price was right and at least I know my grill will be shipped in a reliable fashion. The cool thing about this grill is that it connects to your home's natural gas line. This means that you never have to mess with tanks and refills or returns. What's more, this means one less connection thatis frequently changed, which can lead to safety concerns. With a line to the natural gas, you won't have to check the connection as often to be sure there are no leaks. The Charbroil Post Mount natural gas grill has 40,000BTUs of cooking power with a MasterFlame stainless steel burner. The cooking surface is a generous 510 square inches that includes a dual swing way rack section for warming food. This model also features rugged side shelves made of resin that are integrated with tool holders that will look good for years to come. These grills seem particularly sturdy against weathering and outdoor exposure in general. I would say go ahead and buy your Charbroil post mount natural gas grill from the Grill Lover's site like I did, but apparently they are currently out of stock. I've noticed that this happens from time to time, but only with the Charbroil series. Perhaps when you read this and check back they will have re-stocked. As for replacement parts for this or any grill, I've had the most success with buying these smaller parts online from small websites or at auction website, like eBay. This way you can purchase just the item you need at a reasonable rate. Generally the shipping is more reasonable here than at a large grill store site. But by all means, take the time to shop around and find your own bargains. You'll never know until you explore. Don't rely too heavily on free customer product review sites. Too many of these are filled with paid product hype. Be brave and seek out your own bargains using search engines.
