The Three Must Haves for Bigger Breasts

1. Your breasts wants you to exercise This is more of a trick, but it works. While there is no such exercise that can increase the number for your bra, there are still many routines that will improve your look. They can rise your breasts, by hardening the muscles below them and a stronger back will make them more visible. Here are some of these routines: - push ups: You know them well from gym class, so it is not rocket science. Do at least 10 push-ups a day for a week and then increase slowly the number. Your back and your chest muscles will show improvements. - elbow push-ups: They are like normal push-ups, just that you let your body weight on your elbows and tows. They are quite efficient, so you should try them. - stretch the back: Try to improve the muscles on your back, by practicing back extensions ten times a day for each arm and leg. - try the bench: Here is a very important exercise for your breasts. For bigger breasts you need to get your chest muscles firmer and bigger. On the bench, with dumbbells in your hands, rise them above, as far away from the chest as you can, then let them down slowly. Do this in sets of 8 or 12, in one to three sessions. - use the chair: With a pair of dumbbells and a chair, you can work wonders. By rising your elbows to shoulder level and then letting them down slowly, you will feel your muscles burning. - do some arm swing: You also know this exercise from gym class. Give it a go with at least 8 repetitions for each arm and for each direction. - push the wall: Perform some push-ups standing in front of a wall. They are less tiring then normal ones, but the effects will be great. - tone up the breasts: Stimulate your breasts with some light massage; it will them a great deal of good. 2. How to choose the right bra Look for the right signs in a bra when you go shopping; watch for these features: - Lined cups are the best for a natural, yet firm look. - Choose a bra with solid back straps. - Search for the perfect underwire line. - Dont be shy with the pads. 3. What to eat Exercise and a good bra are not enough for bigger breasts. What you eat is also important. Healthy natural food is of the essence, so dont skimp on fruits and vegetables. Some sesame oil will also do you good on the inside and on the outside, applied as a massage oil. A last piece of advice. We like to have bigger breasts, we agreed on that. But the size of the breasts is not the most important thing that is. So, do not become obsessed with it. Instead, try to lead a healthy normal life, with diet, exercise and good clothing.
