Please choose carefully when opting for Horny Little Devils Services. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You may choose between an exchange, credit or refund where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don’t do what they are supposed to do. All returns must be received at the Horny Little Devils head office no more than 30 days from the date of dispatch. Garments and items must be unworn and in original condition. Garments must still have the swing tags attached. Adult products must be returned in their original packaging. Exchanges and Returns are usually processed within 28 days, however, in an out of stock situation this period may be longer. If an item is discontinued a refund or Credit Voucher will be issued.

In the instance of any exchange, please post to Horny Little Devils Pty Ltd Po Box 273 Dingley Victoria 3172. Please enclose with your return your name, address & contact telephone number and the reason for exchange and what you wish to exchange it for.

At Horny Little Devils we aim to always ensure the availability of all our products throughout the lifespan of a catalogue. Sometimes however, due to reasons beyond our control, some products may become temporarily or permanently unavailable. Prices may change without notice. All prices are inclusive of GST. Shades and colours of fabrics can differ slightly during the dying and processing stages of manufacture, therefore Horny Little Devils take no responsibility for the matching of coloured sets. The printing processes used in this brochure may also affect the colour. Washing instructions must be followed exactly for best results and to avoid damage.

These guarantees do not limit any additional rights you may have under the Trade Practices Act 1974 in relation to any faulty or defective products.
