The trouble with lumber it the defects dont show right away and by the time they do theres not much you can do about it. There are many deckling suppliers around to choose from. Some even offer installation services which if you are pressed for time or not much of a handyman you might consider after all it can save you a great deal of time. Your deck is a big investment so you need to pay special attention to ensure that the materials you get are what you paid for. You dont want to find out down the road that the lumber you bought was substandard leaving you do to deal with a deck thats warping. What the supplier has provided for products in the past is more important than what is going on this day. Its the track record of the decking material that will tell the tale and will help you decide which decking suppliers are worth considering using.
