Trampoline Tutorial: How To Do A Cork 7
|
Second Step: Get ready by doing a a couple of back flips and regular 7's, then execute a 180 degree rotation back drop. To do this, get a small bounce, and then on your takeoff tilt your head to the left and down, landing onto your back with your body facing the same way that you started. Simply think of it as the combination of a back drop and a half spin. Step 3: At last, you are ready to attempt a cork 720. Try not to be be intimidated, because cork 720's are really quite simple once you get good at them. Begin with a average to large bounce, on your takeoff you will want to stand up as tall and strong as you can, looking behind your back and down at your heels. Make sure to get plenty of spinning rotation by really twisting your upper body towards the left, along with throwing your right arm backward and to your left side. Your takeoff is the most essential part in a cork 720, so be sure to that you stand up tall on your takeoff and use your core strength to create your rotation. Fourth Step: Once you've become airborne, you will want to tuck your body into a ball and bring your hands into your chest. Keep looking back, down and to the left and your cork 720 will come around nicely. For this step, spin just about as hard as you can! Step 5: Your landing will come pretty easy in a cork 720, so keep in your tuck until you can see the trampoline bed and feel that you've made it all the way around. Finally, let your legs come out and pick up your head and stick your landing. It they may seem scary and tough when you're first learning, but you will soon learn that cork 720's are very easy and amazing! Thank you for taking the time to read this tramp article and I trust it has made you become a better bouncer. I wish you do well with the cork 7 and good luck!
