300 Million Facebook Users Can’t Be Wrong! Facebook grew exponentially in a comparatively brief period of time simply by one person telling another who told another who told another, etc., etc. According to Wikipedia (another viral example in itself), Facebook's membership was originally limited to Harvard students, but was expanded to other colleges in the Boston area, the Ivy League, and Stanford University. It later expanded further to include any university student, then high school students, and, finally, to anyone aged 13 and over. The website now has more than 300 million active users worldwide! And it all happened Virally! Have You Heard Of Twitter? Can You Say ‘Viral’? If you’ve never heard of Twitter or maybe are not already on Twitter, it might be because you’re not from this planet! Twitter and its 12-15 million subscribers is number 13 when it comes to the most frequently visited websites and Twitter got to that point by way of viral marketing…and speaking of growing virally, Twitter is guesstimated to end up this year with 18-20 million users! It seems that once viral growth is achieved, it just keeps going and going and going…sorta like the Energizer bunny! You and your MLM could do the same thing…it’s called putting your business on Autopilot! Speaking of Viral Marketing…Ever Heard Of Linkedin? Another prime example of viral marketing in action would be the growth of the online Business Network, Linkedin. Linkedin continues to grow virally and currently has around 20 million subscribers. Now imagine if you and your MLM business were able to capture a small fraction of that number as new reps in your business…What would that do for you, your business and your company? As with so many Social Media websites out there today, the viral growth of these 3 examples, while huge in numbers, is not unusual! Tons of other Social Media sites are growing in similar fashion and all by way of Viral Marketing! A sort of Digital-Word-Of-Mouth-Marketing phenomenon.
