It is one thing when you are a movie star, surrounded by people ready to help you in case you faint from starvation, and another thing being a normal individual trying to lose some weight. 20 pounds less sounds like a miracle, it is true. But with what costs for the health? When young girls hear about such miracle diets, they tend to get all crazy over it and ready to try it. But health dangers are ahead and they cannot be simply ignored, just because some movie star succeeding in losing some weight by trying some out of the sky diet. Be careful, though, fad diets are not what they claim to be, and your health is at stake, no question about it. To say that the actress is responsible for the news about the fad diet she tried would be a little far fetched. In fact, it is the media that always tries to cover amazing stories about some celeb losing weight tactics, in order to make the idea popular. It is not unusual that movie stars are required to lose weight for some roles in a very short amount of time.That is why they try so drastic measures, but they are not the ones to keep the flag for these fad diets. Here is, for instance, for Christian Bale lost weight for the movie The Machinist: he had only one apple and a little tuna every day. Still, as this actor is not considered to be as fashionable as Beyonce, his diet did not turn into a fad. People, lets be serious: the cayenne pepper and water diet is far from being really a diet. Such fad diets can become very dangerous for your health, so do not try them at home. Instead, choose the old fashion way: make some exercise, eat healthy, live well, and you will have a lot more to gain than by trying some crazy ideas about how to lose weight overnight.
