Four pork cutlets that are boneless are going to be needed, and they should be pounded down until they are only about ¼ inch thick. You'll need to have an onion that is chopped up, three tablespoons of vegetable oil, a green pepper that is diced, a tomato that has been peeled and chopped, and a cup of beef broth as well. A table spoon of paprika and 1-2 tablespoons of whipping cream will be needed too.

Coat the Pork

Once you are ready to get started, the first thing you are going to do to make the Zigeunerschnitzel is to coat the pork. You'll take the flour, white pepper, and the salt, and mix them together in a bowl. Dredge the pork in the mixture and then shake off any excess that there is.

Now you are ready to start cooking the Zigeunerschnitzel. You need to take a tablespoon of the oil and heat it up in a large skillet. Use heat that is about medium to medium high. Cook the pork for about 2-3 minutes on each side and they should be browned on the outside and a tinge pink right in the center. Take them out of the skillet, but make sure you keep them warm.

Reduce and Add Ingredients

You'll need to now have the heat on medium. Add another tablespoon of the oil. Put in the chopped pepper and the chopped onion. Cook these ingredients for the Zigeunerschnitzel for about 10 minutes. They should be tender. Add in the tomato and cook for about five more minutes. Then take the veggies out and put them to the side.

Then stir in the paprika and two tablespoons of the flour. Cook it and keep stirring for about a minute. Put in the beef broth and keep stirring. Keep cooking for about 2-3 minutes. It should thicken up. Cook another minute and then stir in the whipping cream. Add in the veggies and the pork and heat it all together. Then you are ready to eat your tasty treat.
